The Commission Process

Phase 1: Initial Consultation
The process begins with an open dialogue with the client, conducted via email, phone, or in person. This consultation allows for an exploration of the client’s vision, including the desired message or emotion the piece should convey, as well as practical details such as size and materials.
Phase 2: Concept Development
Based on the initial discussion, I will develop preliminary concepts, which may include sketches, drawings, or a maquette. These are shared with the client for review, ensuring that the proposed design aligns with their expectations.
Phase 3: Final Agreement and Execution
Once the client approves the concept, the commission will proceed into the creation phase. At this stage, all agreed-upon details are finalized, and the work is brought to life. Regular updates can be provided to ensure the client remains engaged in the process.
